Hey community! I run a small retail business, and one of our major suppliers still requires purchase orders sent exclusively via fax. We rely strictly on Microsoft 365 for daily operations and don't want to buy extra office hardware. What is the easiest service to integrate with Outlook for sending vendor orders on demand?

Hey! Buying legacy hardware just to place occasional vendor orders is a total waste of money when you're already running Microsoft 365.
