Which Minecraft Mobs Do You Actually Find Useful?

Minecraft has so many different mobs that I sometimes forget how useful some of them can be. Villagers are probably the obvious example, but even animals and other mobs can become part of how you play.

I usually end up keeping a few animals around my base, although sometimes they’re more useful for making the place feel alive than for anything practical.
